As a 2x All-American setter, 2000 Pac-10 Player of the Year and Final Four Participant, Dana has played at the highest levels and understands how to motivate athletes to achieve their very best.
As a Club Director and Elite volleyball coach in Southern California, Dana has worked with numerous coaches to reach their peak and find clearer and more effective ways to communicate with their athletes.
